Studying Geography with a Focus on Remote Sensing
Modules offered by the Earth Observation Lab are open to students from all study programs in the Department of Geography. Topics cover a wide range of geographic research questions. These are mainly related to physical geography and land system science, and yet are often relevant for economic geography or urban and rural planning.
You specialized or plan to specialize in remote sensing and are now seeking answers on how to write your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis in the Earth Observation Lab?
The colloquium of the Earth Observation Lab provides a space for researchers and students to present their planned or ongoing work.
Why is remote sensing important for your M.Sc. studies? Global change research is a challenging field, in which satellite image analysis is of core importance to advance our knowledge on the changing Earth system.
